




SALES SUPERVISOR We are seeking a Sales Route Supervisor to manage and optimize the activities of our sales teams. The ideal candidate must demonstrate skills in administration and customer service, leading teams to achieve sales targets. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales supervision. Conduct daily morning coaching meeting with staff to review pending items. Monitor daily sales quotas for each route and development objectives. Review sales planning, sales commitments, and focus areas such as coverage or specific products to promote across each route. Review and supervise that staff under supervision have all necessary resources to operate properly. Ensure 100% departure of assigned routes. Visit a route to conduct supervision or address any pending issues.
