




We are looking for a results-oriented leader capable of comprehensively managing store operations, developing their team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience, while guaranteeing achievement of commercial and operational KPIs. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (degree certificate or professional license required). Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (retail). Proficiency in KPI management: sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, inventory, shrinkage, and staff turnover. Experience in personnel management and team leadership. Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and cash reconciliation. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Manage daily operations (store opening/closing, cash handling, and cash management). Supervise inventory, merchandise receiving, and shrinkage control. Train and develop staff. Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage. Guarantee compliance with brand policies, processes, and standards. Monitor and follow up on personnel incidents (attendance, tardiness, resignations). Implement commercial strategies and corrective actions. Address and resolve customer complaints.
