Our commitment to quality and customer service has enabled us to grow and expand over the years. **Location:** Metepec and Toluca, State of Mexico. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * **MINIMUM VERIFIABLE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF 2 YEARS AS:** **STORE MANAGER**, **ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER**, **STORE SUPERVISOR**, **FLOOR MANAGER IN SUPERMARKETS**, **GROCERY STORES**, **PHARMACIES**, ETC., WITHIN THE RETAIL, SUPERMARKET, GROCERY, FOOD, RESTAURANT, PHARMACY, OR FAST-FOOD INDUSTRIES. * Educational level: High school diploma. * Experience: Sales and cash handling experience. * Skills: Knowledge of retail management, perishable goods shrinkage control, and KPI management. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate store operations. * Open and close the store. * Ensure proper store operation and appearance. * Guarantee excellent customer service. * Manage inventory and control shrinkage. * Achieve established sales targets and KPIs. **BENEFITS:** * Monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 23,000 (paid biweekly). * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule (shifts rotate). * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement to District Manager. * Ongoing training and incentive programs. **Applicants who meet the profile** should apply via this channel with an updated CV; we will contact you shortly.
