Experience in: Sales route and fleet management. Analysis of sales KPIs. 80% fieldwork. Market development. Familiarity with the metropolitan area and CDMX. Knowledge of distribution and routing systems. Responsibilities: * Experience in commercial processes, customer acquisition, development of delivery and sales personnel to meet performance indicators. * Train our sales team and conduct sales clinics. * Manage your sales team by providing feedback, coaching, and facilitating driving tests for your sales team to improve their performance, commitment, and brand loyalty to achieve goals and continuous improvement. * Motivate your sales team to achieve objectives through customized strategic plans aligned with company policies and procedures. * Provide customer service, resolve issues, and follow up on the prospecting process using designated tools and systems, ensuring effective sales closures. * Equip the team with sales closing and negotiation strategies. * Supervise the sales force. * Personnel administration and management of average teams of 15 to 25 people. * Ensure achievement of commercial KPIs through your team. Lead, manage, and develop the proper execution and marketing of commercial initiatives. * Identify growth and expansion opportunities. * Develop new business relationships. * Design and implement commercial strategies.
