El Cien Restaurant: A traditional Spanish restaurant offering gourmet products, excellent cuisine, and a great atmosphere is seeking to add a Restaurant Manager to its team of hospitality professionals at its branch in Valle de Bravo. Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * At least 3 years of verifiable experience as a Restaurant Manager and 10 years in the restaurant industry. * Experience managing staff. * Customer-oriented and committed to excellence in work. * Sales-oriented. * Pleasant appearance. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and wine desirable. * Basic knowledge of foreign languages desirable. Job Responsibilities: * Plan strategies to ensure achievement of company-set goals. * Meet company objectives regarding sales and costs. * Manage opening and closing operations at each work site. * Coordinate and supervise the functions of each work team. * Cost management, inventory control, waste tracking, and warehouse oversight. * Supervise cash register closing and reconciliation at each restaurant. * Oversee creation of products in the system and on the website. * Verify controls for consumption invoices. * Supervise order requests and receipts at each restaurant. * Liaise with suppliers and oversee receipt of delivered goods. * Supervise payment processing via terminal and cash handling at each work site. * Establish tip distribution policies at each work site. * Personnel management including attendance records, hires, and terminations. * Recruit personnel to strengthen teams. * Enforce internal company regulations. * Supervise customer service, encouraging servers to promote menu items as well as wines and spirits from the beverage list. * Ensure staff can satisfy customers and resolve complaints effectively. * Verify that equipment, materials, and supplies are appropriate for service delivery.
