Main Responsibilities: * Commercial Planning and Strategy. * Design and execute annual and quarterly commercial plans by business line. * Define sales targets, margin, and product mix per channel. * Analyze industrial market trends and propose strategic adjustments. * Sales Team Management * Lead and develop internal and external sales teams. * Establish KPIs, follow-up routines, sales pipeline, and forecasting. * Promote continuous training on products and consultative selling. * Client and Key Account Development * Identify and develop strategic clients. * Support closing of relevant projects. * Implement retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies. * Analyze conversion metrics, average transaction value, and recurrence. * Negotiate commercial terms with strategic suppliers.
