We are a company dedicated to package and courier delivery services, seeking: **Regional Manager** 1. Supervise the daily operational organization and management of each assigned branch, ensuring an efficient, accurate, and secure handling process for our goods. 2. Supervise the execution of sorting, loading, and unloading processes for our goods. 3. Develop and optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce mis-sorting and incorrect shipment rates, and guide branch coordinators and staff under supervision to ensure compliance with standardized processes. 4. Supervise and manage personnel distribution, attendance, and performance evaluations at assigned branches. 5. Manage the sorting team, necessary loading/unloading equipment, and other facilities, conducting regular maintenance, planning facility usage, and allocating human and material resources rationally. 6. Foster a positive collaborative environment within the team to motivate staff and strengthen commitment. 7. Monitor KPI metrics. 8. Maintain effective communication with branches to ensure smooth information flow. **Requirements for the position:** 1. Prior experience in courier and parcel delivery, last-mile deliveries. 2. Demonstrated ability in organization, coordination, and management. 3. Completed Bachelor’s degree. 4. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and perform effectively in dynamic work environments. 5.
