We stand out for our dedication to quality and customer service, creating spaces that inspire. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree. * Availability to travel. * Experience: At least 3 years as a Regional Manager responsible for managing RETAIL branches. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop market within the region. * Identify potential customers. * Manage a sales team to achieve targets. * Branch administration. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with personnel and store image policies under their supervision. * Provide coaching to supervised staff to achieve established branch goals. * Take necessary actions to meet monthly objectives. **WE OFFER:** * Direct hiring by the company. * Base salary + commissions ranging from $18,000 to $20,000 gross per month. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 14% extra in food vouchers on top of salary. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * 5% savings fund.
