




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage employee onboarding and offboarding, file and incident administration, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive personnel and file administration. 2. Incident, disability, and payroll management. 3. Assistance and support for employee inquiries. ***LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO*** **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** Responsibilities: * Employee onboarding and offboarding control in the internal Human Resources system * File administration * Personnel administration: Employer letters, incident tracking, disability management, vacation coordination, ST-7 form completion, administrative minutes preparation * Addressing employee inquiries * Management of computer equipment and mobile phone assignments for HO staff; user account requests to IT Systems for new Contact Center hires Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. * Saturdays: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm We Offer: * Base salary: $13,800.00 gross * Statutory benefits * Sí Vale (third-month bonus) * Annual bonus up to three months’ salary Technical Requirements and Experience: * Knowledge and Excel proficiency test * IMSS portal (IDSE, SUA) usage: employee onboarding and offboarding * Reconciliation execution * Excel proficiency * Disability management * Payroll processing (pre-payroll, incident tracking, payroll variables, and electronic payroll stamping) Desired Profile: * Demonstrated interest and commitment * Experience in workplace climate matters * Firmness in dealing with Contact Center staff Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
