Leading self-service stores are seeking a **District Manager** passionate about retail and with strong leadership skills to drive the growth of our branches. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the operations of multiple stores within your district. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and productivity standards. * Develop and train store manager teams. * Identify and implement work plans for store managers. * Manage key performance indicators such as shrinkage, staff turnover, and average transaction value. * Conduct cyclic inventories. * Responsible for 8 to 12 branches. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles within the retail and food industry. * Strong team management and decision-making skills. * Availability to travel within the assigned region. * Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience managing a team of at least 100 people within the region. * Experience in shrinkage control.
