




**District Manager** **Position Objective:** Ensure the achievement of sales, operational, and profitability goals in the stores under your supervision through oversight, development, and motivation of Store Managers and their teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise between 8 and 12 stores within the assigned area. * Guarantee the proper execution of operational and administrative processes. * Analyze key performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, inventory, productivity, etc.). * Implement strategies for sales growth and control of expenses and shrinkage. * Ensure compliance with policies, service standards, and planograms. * Train, provide feedback, and develop Store Managers. * Report progress, results, and action plans to Regional Management. * Develop work plans based on KPI measurements. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a District Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role in retail, self-service, or convenience. * Completed bachelor's degree. * Leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and attractive bonus scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Work tools (car, laptop, cellphone). * Real opportunities for development and growth within the company. * Job stability in an expanding company.
