Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced District Manager in the retail sector to supervise branches, ensure profitability, comply with company policies and culture, and manage staff development. Comprehensive personnel management and professional development **DISTRICT MANAGER WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE** **\-Benefits:** * Salary ranging from $15,900\.00 to $22,000\.00, based on experience \+ monthly productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Training and development program * Company vehicle **\-Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree * Experience: Minimum of 1 year performing the following functions: supervising more than 5 branches simultaneously; administering and managing performance indicators (Sales, Shrinkage, Inventory, and Personnel Management). * Must have prior experience in companies with similar business operations and a comparable, verifiable position (not sales-related) **\-Main Responsibilities:** * Essential personnel management in stores * Execute necessary actions to ensure store profitability (5 to 7 units under supervision) * Ensure daily store operations comply with company standards, policies, and culture * Implement actions guaranteeing adherence to processes and flawless execution by store staff * Collaborate with company departments to achieve regional and overall corporate objectives * Monitor staff for recruitment, retention, and development Work Location: **Toluca, Metepec, and Surrounding Areas** Salary: $24,500\.00 \- $32,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Life insurance Experience: * Shrinkage: 3 years (Desirable) * Human Resources: 3 years (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
