**Job Responsibilities:** Schedule branch visits, ensuring the following actions are carried out: * Review of the branch’s administrative file and management dashboard. * Monitoring of branch performance against targets. * Review of the physical appearance of branches. * Tracking timely and proper resolution of audit observations. Monitor and follow up on the achievement of goals and objectives outlined in the Coordinator’s work plan. Monitor and follow up on compliance with the budget assigned and authorized to the Coordinator for each branch. Supervise the implementation of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines established by the Coordination, ensuring their correct application and timely updates. * Implement the Branch Monitoring Program for the Coordinator’s area. * Comply with and enforce measures established to safeguard the Institution’s interests. Follow up on the work performed by managers reporting to the Coordinator. Address operational issues as they arise. Implement and monitor strategies to understand the market within the Coordinator’s region. **Requirements:** * Must be actively employed without exception. * Recent experience as a Branch Coordinator or Regional Branch Manager, minimum 2 years. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Availability to travel to Mexico City (CDMX) for one month for mandatory training. * Training is fully paid (air transportation, accommodation, and meals). **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary of $45,000 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Additional monthly bonuses. * Monthly food vouchers in addition to salary. * 9% savings fund contribution. * SGMM. * Utility vehicle. * Fuel and per diems.
