Responsibilities * Coordinate the organization’s internal administrative operations. * Supervise document control, administrative processes, and corporate reporting. * Monitor administrative processes related to Human Resources. * Coordinate operational communication among internal departments. * Support planning and monitoring of corporate activities. * Prepare administrative reports and operational metrics. * Support implementation and improvement of administrative processes. * Monitor suppliers, internal services, and general administrative management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Business, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital administrative tools. * Organizational, analytical, and coordination skills. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork.
