




Main Responsibilities Review and keep updated the company's legal and administrative documents. Coordinate the preparation, review, and control of employment contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Provide basic legal and administrative advice to the Human Resources department. Supervise the organization's legal and documentary filing. Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews. Manage administrative procedures before authorities or departments when necessary. Promote the updating of internal policies and procedures according to current legislation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law (licensed or intern). Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or legal roles related to Human Resources. Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, contracts, and administrative regulations. Ability to draft and review legal documents. Organized, responsible, and professional ethics. Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PDF, administrative platforms).
