





Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the company's physical and administrative inventories. Prepare and maintain updated records and stock reports. Support in controlling office supplies and Human Resources department materials. Participate in internal audits related to asset control. Manage documentation, reports, and administrative area databases. Assist in implementing control policies and internal procedures. Collaborate with Human Resources in managing assets assigned to staff (equipment, uniforms, tools, etc.). Coordinate communication between administrative departments to ensure efficient information flow. Requirements Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative inventory control or document management (desirable). Basic knowledge of Excel, databases, and administrative systems. Ability to organize, plan, and work towards objectives. Proactive, responsible attitude with attention to detail.
