A Mexican company specializing in the sale and rental of tower cranes is currently seeking a **SAFETY, QUALITY, AND PRODUCTIVITY SUPERVISOR**. **Requirements:** **\-Academic Degree:** Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering (Degree holder) **\-Specialization:** Industrial, Electrical, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **\-Languages:** Upper-intermediate English (Important: communication with the Canada team) **\-Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of lifting operations * Knowledge of tools and their usage * Knowledge of personal protective equipment * Non-destructive testing **Desirable:** * Knowledge of tower cranes * Knowledge of hydraulic cranes * Knowledge of electricity * Knowledge of machine tools **Job Responsibilities:** * Weekly review and evaluation of faults reported by operators via ARISS for tower cranes operating at construction sites. * Release of assembly maneuvers (assembly, lifting, disassembly). * Inspection of tower cranes following incidents (e.g., earthquake, hurricane, storm, etc.). * On-site assistance for tower crane assembly or disassembly upon client request. * Conducting and following up on investigations related to accidents or incidents involving tower cranes or at the plant. * Preparing and tracking operator reports and evaluations for weekly ARISS presentations. * Oversight of tower crane repair follow-up. * Internal trainer for rigger courses. * Site visits to approve special maneuvers or inspect special projects. * Preparation of MTS (Material Take-Off Sheets) for various projects. * Work at height * And others **Skills:** * Proactive * Analytical * Assertive communication * Work location: **Plant located at San Cayetano Industrial Park, Almoloya de Juárez** **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary between $18,000 and $21,000\.00 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM; Sunday off. * Statutory benefits * Annual salary reviews * Cafeteria service * Annual bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
