This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and operational supervision of the Condominium, efficiently coordinating all SOFT and HARD services to ensure optimal facility operation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Operational Management and Maintenance:** * Monitoring and control of the operational plan, maintenance and preservation of the Condominium * Acceptance of equipment and systems installations within the property * Control and supervision of property modifications * Ensuring facility safety and hygiene **Administration and Control:** * Preparation of reports and work schedules * Development and updating of the Condominium regulations and internal supplier regulations * Conducting regular site inspections with corresponding logbook entries * Inventory control of supplies, materials and equipment * Equipment lifecycle and maintenance management * Tracking of OPEX/CAPEX plans **Service Supervision:** * Review of service scope definitions * Management of service delivery by suppliers * Supervision of preservation, cleaning, security and maintenance services **Condominium Resident Support and Services:** * Comprehensive support to condominium residents (telephone, in-person and email) * Logistics management for supplier access to the property * Emergency response to condominium residents * Service ticket generation and tracking **Security and Civil Protection:** * Implementation and monitoring of the internal civil protection program * Official communication of notices * Tracking of incidents and claims * Compliance with the Condominium modification regulations **Location:** On\-site –Ciudad de Mexico,MEX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
