The main objective is to strengthen the Human Resources department by implementing strategies that promote employee well-being, productivity, and professional development within the organization. * Conduct psychological evaluations of employees * Develop and implement occupational wellness programs. * Provide psychological support and counseling for resolving conflicts within work teams. * Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on mental health, stress management, and teamwork. * Monitor compliance with NOM-035. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Professional Title and License (Cédula Profesional) are mandatory. * Preferred: 6 months of experience in occupational psychology within the industrial sector. * Knowledge of NOM-035 **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $ 9,500.00 * Statutory benefits **Are you interested in joining our team?
