At **UniverMilenium**, we are seeking an institutional professional to join us as a **Part-Time Prospecting Coordinator**. This is a strategic opportunity to lead the expansion of our educational community and strengthen ties with key institutions. **What profile are we seeking?** For this position, we specifically seek individuals who are already part of our history (faculty members, administrative staff, former employees, or alumni graduated for more than five years). * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (official diploma required). * **UM Affiliation:** Prior experience at UniverMilenium in academic or administrative roles. * **Technical Skills:** Basic Excel proficiency and excellent organizational and planning abilities. * **Competencies:** Effective communication, proactivity, and results orientation. * **Desirable:** Teaching experience. **Main Responsibilities:** Your mission will be to coordinate the field-based recruitment and institutional presence strategy: * **Alliance Management:** Schedule and conduct strategic meetings with leadership of partner schools. * **Target Achievement:** Increase the *lead* database and ensure completion of scheduled visits to high schools. * **Events and Logistics:** Coordinate informational sessions, workshops, and special events, managing required materials. * **Reporting:** Prepare detailed follow-up reports on field activities. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel to nearby municipalities and perform 100% in-person work (campus and field). **Our Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $6,000 monthly. * **Transportation Allowance:** $1,000 monthly. * **Preferred Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * **Environment:** A dynamic work environment within your own institution of higher education.
