




**Job Description** ------------------------- Coordinate activities related to the executive’s schedule and provide administrative support services, always fostering an environment of harmony and security. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Promote CEMEX’s Mission, Vision, and Values and engage staff by example. * Coordinate internal and external (suppliers, consultants, etc.) schedules. * Coordinate the executive’s personal schedule. * Coordinate internal and external calls, prepare expense reports, and support report preparation in SAP. * Coordinate travel requests through CEMEX Travel Agency. * Record direct payments and service and material requisitions, contractors, etc., and follow up to ensure their proper application in the system. * Monitor the proper functioning of office equipment (printer, fax, copier, projector, etc.) and request stationery supplies. * Control both external and internal correspondence sent and received. * Prepare departmental announcements and send them to the relevant audience.
