We have more than 15 years of experience in electric vehicles, a national network of over 60 service points, and a portfolio designed to transform the way companies move their businesses. **We are looking for a General After-sales Assistant** **Area:** After-sales **Position objective** Provide operational and technical support to the after-sales department in tracking, customer service, logistics, and basic maintenance tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service for electric trucks. **Main responsibilities** * Assist in receiving, recording, and tracking after-sales service requests. * Provide logistical support in scheduling maintenance and repairs. * Assist in basic inspections of electric units (visual inspection, fluid level checks, battery charging, cleaning). * Accompany specialized technicians during diagnostics and minor repairs. * Maintain organization and control of tools, spare parts, and equipment in the service area. * Prepare simple service reports and administrative support (tracking vehicle entries and exits, inventory). * Provide initial customer service and guidance on basic after-sales topics. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed technical high school degree (preferably in automotive mechanics, electromechanics, electricity, or related field). **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in support roles in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or after-sales workshops (experience in electric or hybrid vehicles is desirable). **Knowledge:** * Basic automotive mechanics. * Principles of electricity and electronics. * Use of workshop tools and equipment. * Basic Office skills (Word, Excel) for reporting. **Skills and competencies** * Organization and order in work. * Customer service attitude and courteous interaction with clients. * Willingness to learn about new technologies (electric trucks). * Teamwork and support across different departments. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Ability to follow technical instructions.
