Proactivity, responsibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. **Company Description** Sika Mexicana Toluca Plant **Job Description** * Inspect and stack finished products accurately and carefully. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. * Perform necessary loading and unloading tasks following proper procedures. * Promptly report any equipment anomalies or issues to the appropriate personnel. * Provide support to other departments, such as quality control or logistics, as required. * Assist with general tasks across the facility to ensure efficient operations. * Collaborate with team members to meet production objectives and deadlines. * Adapt to changing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience as a general assistant or in a similar role. * Physical capability to perform loading, unloading, and other manual tasks. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work environment. * Effective communication skills to report issues. * Flexibility to support multiple departments as needed. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt. **Additional Information** Completed secondary education, proactive attitude at work, strong sense of responsibility, availability to work on Saturdays.
