**At Psicofarma, a 100% Mexican pharmaceutical laboratory and leader in the development of medications for the central nervous system, we are growing through the launch of our new injectables facility and are seeking specialized talent to join our team.** **Location:** Toluca **Modality:** On-site * **Schedule:** Full-time ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform microbiological analyses on samples of product, raw materials, water, and classified areas of sterile production. * Execute and document tests such as **sterility, endotoxins, bioburden, environmental monitoring, and microbiological validation testing**. * Participate in cleanroom qualification studies and validation of microbiological methods. * Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulations applicable to injectable products. * Collaborate with the validation and quality assurance teams during the **launch of the new injectables facility**. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical and Biological Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a **microbiology laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry**, preferably in injectables or sterile products. * Knowledge of GMP regulations, pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, FEUM), and regulations applicable to injectable products. * Proficiency in microbiological techniques, laboratory equipment, and documentation under regulatory standards. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork. ### **We Offer:** * Direct employment with Psicofarma. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Savings fund, grocery vouchers, and subsidized cafeteria. * Professional development in a **state-of-the-art injectables facility**. * Opportunities for growth and learning in a highly regulated environment.
