




**REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (only). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years. * Availability to travel. * **Staff training.** * **Group management.** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, coordinate, direct and/or control the clinical specialist’s activities across all stages of the medical equipment contract within healthcare facilities, as well as administrative tasks conducted at offices. * Coordinate timely and proper submission of documentation, references, or other items specified in tender notices to the procurement department for new contracts. * Conduct assessments regarding quantity and distribution of medical equipment (e.g., infusion pumps, syringe pumps, racks, central monitoring systems, etc.) based on service requirements and contractual quantities. * Organize and coordinate equipment assembly together with the Service Management Department. * Review and ensure that documentation prepared by the administrative assistant is accurate. * Jointly deliver medical equipment to healthcare facilities with the clinical specialist (if applicable). * Manage initial training sessions with nursing supervisors from hospital units. * Provide training to nursing directors and supervisors (if applicable). * Coordinate delivery and safeguarding of medical equipment jointly with the Senior Clinical and Service Coordinators. * Provide strategic leadership to assigned clinical staff. * Appropriately allocate human resources according to hospital demand. * Develop weekly work plans for clinical specialists based on activities carried out at healthcare facilities. * Prepare reports ensuring follow-up and compliance with data collected from healthcare facilities. * Plan and organize continuing education programs related to clinical topics for clinical specialists. * Coordinate training on various medical devices with Biomedical Engineering Coordinators. * Identify and manage development of new projects. * Provide support across different regions of the country. * Maintain effective and respectful communication among coordinators, clinical specialists, and healthcare facility staff. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of work tools.
