**Profile and Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** Civil Engineer or Architect (must hold degree and Professional License) Certifications validating experience in unit pricing **Experience** Minimum 2 years as Site Coordinator or Site Manager. Participation in projects involving road reconstruction, excavations, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curbs, traffic signage, and public lighting. **Technical Competencies** · Prepare additional unit prices identified by the Estimating or Supervision Department · Prepare cost adjustments within legal deadlines · Record authorized prices · Prepare indirect cost and financing adjustments · Prepare estimates · Identify deviations from budgeted costs · Conduct physical surveys of extra work · Prepare reports or photographic documentation of completed work · Quote material costs for extra prices · Manage, reconcile, and obtain authorization for extra prices · Knowledge of current construction regulations Work Location: Toluca, State of Mexico Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
