We are looking for a proactive and self-driven **Junior Architect** to join our Architecture department. Your main responsibilities will include supporting **architectural surveys, preparation of estimates, quotations, and project tracking**, as well as **on-site supervision tasks**. This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining experience in both technical aspects and project management. **Responsibilities** * Assist in **architectural surveys** and document existing project conditions, * Assist in the **preparation of estimates, budgets, quotations, and generators**. * **Track** suppliers, contractors, and project deliverables. * Participate in **construction site supervision**, verifying progress, quality, and compliance with specifications. * Collaborate with the Architecture team in the **preparation of drawings, renders, and presentations**. **Requirements:** **Degree or intern in Architecture.** **Minimum experience:** 1 year (can include social service, internships, or first job). **Knowledge in:** * AutoCAD, Revit or similar * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) * Reading and interpreting blueprints * **Valid driver's license and availability to visit construction sites.** * **Attitude:** Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills. **We offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Opportunity for growth within the architecture department. * Training and mentorship from senior architects. * Positive work environment.
