




Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer dedicated to innovation and the design of efficient systems, playing a key role in the development and enhancement of industrial projects. Coordination with clients and contractors, project planning We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team, with passion for innovation and the design of efficient electrical systems. This role will be critical in the development, supervision, and improvement of industrial electrical projects. Requirements \-Education: Electrical Engineering degree (certified) \-Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience, primarily in the automotive sector, with supervisory responsibilities. \-Knowledge of local and international electrical regulations \-Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of low- and medium-power electrical equipment (substations). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment (mini-splits, chillers). * Internal lighting * Coordinate meetings with clients and contractors * Develop and adhere to construction schedules for each project * **Proficiency in designing or drafting using AutoCAD is required** * Review construction estimates with contractors. * Prepare project progress reports * Project financial schedule (estimation dates and amounts) * Project critical path (downtime) * Unbudgeted project additions * On-site generators * Timely procurement of materials Availability to work on holidays and willingness to reside in another state Salary: Negotiable Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM At **HELISA**, we foster an inclusive, discrimination-free workplace.
