Position Summary: Supervise the execution of steam, chilled water, and specialty gas installations, managing documentation, personnel, and materials; preparing reports and maintaining the construction logbook. Negotiation skills and proactive work ethic * Supervision of pure and industrial steam, chilled water, and specialty gas installation execution. * Review proper integration of documentation delivered for work execution. * Field personnel supervision. * Preparation of project progress reports. * Construction material management. * Construction logbook control. * Construction cost estimations. **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related degree. **Experience in:** Projects, construction supervision, maintenance. **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in construction supervision. **Attitudes and Skills:** * Negotiation skills * Leadership * Ability to work under pressure * Responsibility * Organization * Proactiveness * Immediate availability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
