Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for architectural and executive project development, 3D MEP modeling, and technical documentation. Key Points: 1. Architectural and executive project development. 2. Creation of 3D MEP models using REVIT software. 3. Significant flexibility required for on-site residence. **Responsibilities:** \- Development of architectural and executive projects. **\- Creation of 3D MEP models using REVIT software** \- Preparation of estimates, generators, and documentation. \- Required knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and HVAC systems. \- Receipt of printed and electronic documentation. \- Completion of preliminary designs (floor plans, sections, elevations, isometrics) to representation level including furnishing, layers, redesign and configuration of minor spaces, placement of symbols, levels, hatches, and sheet footers. \- Design and preparation of construction drawings and as-built drawings. \- Coordination across engineering disciplines. \- Preparation of itemized concept catalog. **FLEXIBILITY FOR ON-SITE RESIDENCE IS MANDATORY!** **Required Proficiency in:** \- SketchUp \- AutoCAD \- REVIT 60%\-70% \- Microsoft Office Suite \- LOD methodology **SALARY RANGE: $10,000 TO $12,000 MONTHLY, DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
