Support planning and execution of Recruitment, Internal Communication, and Organizational Development strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate internal campaigns, information dissemination, and institutional activities. Implement digital tools to enhance administrative management. Prepare reports, performance indicators, and process presentations. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field. Ability to map processes, develop indicators (KPIs), and manage budgets.
