




**Mechanical Designer/Product Re-engineering** A company with **over 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry**, currently experiencing rapid growth, is seeking to add a **Mechanical Designer** with solid technical expertise and leadership capabilities to its team. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Manufacturing Processes. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions or technical leadership roles. * **Age:** 28 years or older. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * Advanced SolidWorks proficiency. * **CSWP – Mechanical Design** certification. * Advanced ASME Y14.5 (geometric and dimensional tolerancing). * Proficiency in interfaces and equipment for **3D scanning**. * Mechanical design and product re-engineering. * Product format changes. * Quality Management System (basic/intermediate level). * Planning and management of work teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure proper workflow execution throughout the Product Re-engineering process. * Implement strategies to enhance departmental performance and efficiency. * Provide technical support and solutions to internal customers. * Guarantee accurate technical and administrative documentation for the department. * Ensure internal customer satisfaction with information provided in active work orders. * Actively participate in the Quality Management System. * Coordinate and supervise personnel under direct supervision. **Job Functions** * Plan departmental activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. * Supervise the proper execution of tasks performed by assigned Product Engineers. * Conduct dimensional surveys, 3D modeling, and development of manufacturing and auxiliary drawings. * Deliver 3D models, engineering drawings, and required documentation for manufacturing orders to the Projects & Sales and Production departments. * Track manufacturing orders in coordination with relevant departments. * Attend technical visits as requested by the Projects & Sales department. * Coordinate working meetings to define methodologies, improvements, and goal achievement. * Document activities, progress, and planning in CRM and other required documentation. * Receive and deliver technical training. **Key Competencies** * Technical leadership * Planning and organization * Problem analysis and resolution * Effective communication * Collaborative work with operational departments * Results orientation and continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
