Leading company in the marketing of Special Steels is seeking a Process and Quality Engineer. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree. * Must live near the workplace. * Availability to work from Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Knowledge in Quality, ERP, KPIs, preventive maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor maintenance programs for machines and equipment, as well as carry out emergency repairs as quickly as possible. * Maximize the service life of equipment and facilities. * Implement new tools or work equipment in the plant according to new needs. * Supervise the production process and lead personnel. * Inspect 100% of product quality. * Material inspection. * Record quality tests and track procedures for finished products. * Ensure production area safety and hygiene. * Meet production schedules. **We Offer:** * Starting salary: 20,000 Mexican pesos per month gross plus 300 pesos for punctuality (before taxes). * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Weekly payments.
