**Job Description** Collaborating on innovation challenges, interacting with industry leaders, attending cross-functional networking events, and volunteering for community service activities. **Responsibilities:** * Support ergonomic studies at workstations (assessments, observations, analysis). * Participate in collecting and analyzing postural data, repetitive motion data, and physical workload data. * Prepare reports with ergonomic findings and improvement proposals for implementation within the plant. * Support the implementation of ergonomic improvements at workstations. * Collaborate on delivering basic ergonomics training to operational staff. * Assist with automation projects related to ergonomic processes on-site. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate academic program (semester or quarter system); graduation date **January 2027 or later** * Intermediate level of English proficiency * Valid student health insurance **Field of Study:** Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. **Desired Experience:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is desirable "GM does not provide support or sponsorship for legal immigration-related documentation.
