




**Responsibilities:** * Preparation of purchase orders for import movements. * Exportation and generation of reports on movements and freight costs. * Timely coordination with customs agents (local and foreign) for cargo clearance. * Proper preparation of import customs declarations and related documents supporting foreign trade clearance activities for the company. * Preparation and submission of cargo inspection orders. * Real-time control and monitoring of transportation unit status. * Responsible for reporting incidents and providing appropriate solutions. * Traffic record control to ensure correct coordination and transportation assignment according to required scheduling, and timely follow-up at all times. * Issuance of certificates of origin. * Maintaining comprehensive communication with both suppliers and internal customers served by the department. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in international trade or a related field. * Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. * Leadership and proactivity. * Minimum 3 years of experience in route scheduling. * Demonstrable experience in fleet management, route planning, and domestic/foreign transportation. * Knowledge of budgeting, expense control, and supplier negotiation. * Initiative. * Effective communication. * Conflict management. * Customer orientation and service culture. * Ability to work in a team. * Analytical ability and conflict resolution skills.
