




Job Summary: Oversee and track customs clearance, validate taxes, review customs entry documents (pedimentos), and ensure regulatory compliance in foreign trade. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in documentation management and regulatory compliance MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee and track customs clearance. * Verify that each transaction has complete documentation. * Determine and validate foreign trade taxes (IGI, DTA, VAT). * Read, interpret, and review customs entry documents (pedimentos). * Prepare and review value declarations. * Tariff classification. * Compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and regulations. * Track import/export registries (padrones). * Review and control expense accounts. * Enter and validate CFDIs with Carta Porte addendum. * Coordinate with customs brokers and suppliers. * Control and analysis in ERP and Excel. * Prepare reports in Excel. * Support internal audits. REQUIREMENTS * 1–3 years of experience in imports/exports. * Practical knowledge of foreign trade. * Intermediate/advanced Excel (formulas and pivot tables). * ERP system experience (preferred). * CFDI and Carta Porte knowledge (preferred). * Relevant academic background (preferred, not mandatory).
