




Position Summary: We are seeking a foreign trade specialist to manage import/export processes, comply with IMMEX requirements, and coordinate with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of foreign trade and customs processes. 2. Validation and updating of supplier documentation. 3. Interdepartmental coordination for specialized services. **Join Our Team** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field. Intermediate–Advanced English Knowledge of IMMEX Proficiency in import, export, foreign trade, and customs processes **Responsibilities:** Register entries in the system according to the IMMEX program requirements. Validate that suppliers hold a valid REPSE registration and maintain orderly documentation (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). Submit customs entry forms (pedimentos) and bills of materials for finished product production, in accordance with the import and export activities established under the IMMEX program. Compile and update files for specialized service providers. Coordinate with Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure proper contracting and follow-up of specialized services. Prepare reports and provide support during internal and external audits. Review service provision contracts (REPSE clauses and labor and tax obligations).
