That's why we are always looking for curious minds that imagine the never-before-seen with us. **What You Do** * You will supervise and coordinate the activities of Import Coordinators and Customs Brokers, ensuring continuous operational flow. * You will manage the team by assigning tasks and coordinating development plans to optimize performance. * You will oversee notifications of dispatched goods and manage incidents and shortages, guaranteeing accurate reporting. * You will review changes in customs regulations and develop action plans to mitigate risks. * You will be responsible for the proper storage of foreign trade documents and tracking SAT notifications and abandoned shipments. * You will implement projects such as OEA certification and manage suppliers, ensuring valid contracts. * Additionally, you will ensure compliance with import supplier documentation and coordinate supplier evaluations for continuous improvement. **Who You Are** * You are a professional with experience in logistics and import management, possessing leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams. * You have solid knowledge of customs laws and trade policies, as well as analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports. * You have the ability to establish effective relationships with logistics operators and suppliers, identifying opportunities for supply chain improvement. * You are proactive in implementing projects that optimize processes and ensure business growth. * Additionally, you have strong organizational and planning skills, and are able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. **What We Offer:** We are curious minds coming from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives and life experiences.
