Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)  Customs supervision and compliance with current regulations.  Administration of customs permits (Cofepris, Cicoplafest, Rva, Padrones, etc.)  Management and administration of the Anexo 24 and Anexo 31 operation.  Cost control of the customs department.  Make requisitions of customs providers.  Keep the 5’s in the department.  Compliance with CIVA and OEA Certification.  Management of the company vehicles.  Control and management of the BVR per month.  Teamwork with the Accounting and Finance department to ensure the payment and administration of taxes.  Teamwork with Quality and EHS department to ensure the compliance and administration of normativity that applies.  Managing budget expense accounts correctly.  Supplier Billing Analysis  Full support to American and Mexican customs.  Propose and sustain improvements in the operation area.  Support for import and export operations Education and Experience: Foreign Trade Career or similar finished. 2 years’ experience in Customs Area preferably.
