




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage import and export procedures, prepare customs documentation, coordinate with agents and freight forwarders, and track shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of import and export procedures 2. Strategic coordination with customs agents and freight forwarders 3. Detailed tracking of land, sea, and air shipments **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Intermediate English (mandatory) * Knowledge of IMMEX, Annex 30, Annex 24, CIVA, OEA, PROSEC, RVA **Responsibilities:** * Management of import and export procedures * Preparation of customs clearance documentation * Preparation of invoices and packing lists * Coordination and communication with customs agents and freight forwarders * Preparation of instruction letters for customs agents * Tracking of land, sea, and air shipments * Review of customs declarations * Calculation of taxes related to trade * Support during internal and external audits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $17,485.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
