**Pastry Assistant and Cake Decoration – Metepec** **Location:** Jiménez Gallardo Neighborhood, Metepec, State of Mexico. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. **Salary:** $6,500.00 to $7,000.00 monthly (depending on experience and aptitude). **Who are we?** We are a bakery dedicated to producing high-quality products, where detail, flavor, and presentation are our top priorities. We seek someone passionate about details and creativity to join our production and decoration team. **What are we looking for?** We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented candidate with a strong aesthetic sense to handle the final presentation of our desserts. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Preferred in pastry, with particular focus or strong skills in **cake decoration**. * **Skills:** Excellent piping bag handling, cake smoothing, creativity, and attention to detail. * **Residence:** Preferably residing in **Metepec** or very nearby areas (with no transportation issues to Jiménez Gallardo Neighborhood). * **Attitude:** Organized person, maintains cleanliness in their work area, punctual, and enjoys teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * Decorating and final finishing of high-quality cakes and various pastry products. * Assisting in preparing cake bases, frostings, coatings, and fillings. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene of decoration tools and the work area according to company standards. **What do we offer?** * Net monthly salary of **$6,500 to $7,000** (to be determined during interview based on your skill level and experience). * Excellent work environment. * Fixed daytime working schedule (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
