If you have experience in training and are motivated to provide comprehensive support to our students and mentors, this opportunity is for you! ### **Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive support to students and mentors throughout the training process, ensuring compliance with the academic program, proper administrative management within the SIUD system, and complete file closure for successful operator release. This position is critical to guaranteeing that each cohort progresses in an orderly, complete, and UDAT-standard-aligned manner. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide daily operational support and follow-up to students and mentors regarding SIUD platform usage. * Conduct timely tracking of attendance, assessments, and program activity completion. * Schedule and administer academic activities within the system. * Identify pending or unapproved activities and ensure their timely regularization. * Maintain control and up-to-date physical and digital files for each operator. * Validate documentation for cohort closure and release procedures. * Coordinate communication with Human Resources to report incidents and progress. * Manage printed materials and basic group logistics (attendance lists, exams, logs, cafeteria schedules, etc.). ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, training, education, or school records management roles. * Proficiency with digital platforms (LMS, academic or administrative management systems). * Excellent organizational skills and punctual task follow-up. * Clear and assertive communication with diverse stakeholders (students, mentors, and internal departments). * Service-oriented mindset and incident resolution focus. * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility. * Availability for a temporary contract (maternity leave coverage). * Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously track multiple processes. * Experience in document control and validation. ### **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a dynamic, continuously growing team at TRAYECTO. * Direct involvement in operating training programs with tangible impact on the sector. * Practical learning in academic management and professional development processes. * A collaborative and supportive work environment. * Temporary contract with potential extension or future opportunities based on performance.
