The candidate will be responsible for providing user assistance, resolving incidents, executing projects, generating reports, and ensuring the proper functioning of the Institute’s technological tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide user support for the Institute’s systems and applications. * Address requests and incidents related to applications, ERP systems, and scheduling tools. * Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and parameterization for new developments or improvements. * Monitor errors, incidents, and records generated within software programs. * Generate operational and executive reports for internal departments. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and system execution. * Execute analysis or development projects according to the Institute’s needs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure correct project implementation. * Guide users on appropriate system usage and assist in problem resolution. **Requirements and Experience** * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in technical support, ERP systems consulting, SAP BO, data analysis, or related fields (including accounting if systems-related work was performed). * Experience in user support and functional support. * Knowledge of databases, ERP administration, and Microsoft Office suite.
