People like you! service \& support C **Job Req ID:** 133998 **Location:**San Luis Potosi, MX, 78423 **Position Objective** * Install/repair/maintain machinery and/or technical and manufacturing equipment. * Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment according to predetermined work documents. * Perform maintenance, repair, and relocation tasks on technical equipment such as machine accessories and instruments. * Plan work processes, material procurement, and configuration activities for production equipment. * Responsible for completing maintenance-related reports. * Install complex equipment in accordance with guidelines and verify mechanical, electrical, etc., functionality. * Perform all necessary repairs and adjustments to keep production equipment in optimal condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized, covering the entire area — e.g., machines, tools, molds, auxiliary equipment, etc. * Install repaired/fabricated equipment and adjust machine controls. * Correct processing programs and conduct release tests for machinery and/or molds, fixtures, etc. * Determine part requirements, supply parts, and request part procurement. * Responsible for fabricating parts for molds and fixtures. * Participate in identifying root causes of defects or equipment stoppages, sometimes complex, involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc., components. * Use diagnostic systems as required. * Responsible for adhering to work standards, following work instructions, and observing general workplace conduct and courtesy rules within an environment of mutual respect and friendliness. * Responsible for requesting medical services and explaining reasons; responsible for submitting documentation or evaluation results to the Supervisor. * Provide support to production supervisors in the assigned production area. * Actively participate in the development and implementation of improvement ideas. * Follow all company-established safety guidelines and avoid unsafe acts. * Responsible for implementing actions related to improvement plans to achieve objectives and organize the workshop under the 5S methodology. * Responsible for performing all tasks safely around CNC machines, energized equipment, and/or machinery with moving parts. **Required Qualifications** Education * University Degree: Electromechanics or related fields — mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, injection molding machine/mold maintenance, control. Work Experience: * Electromechanics, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control. * Maintenance of production machinery. * Operation of conventional machine tools, measuring instruments, and/or control equipment. Technical Knowledge: * Customer-specific requirements * PC operation * Maintenance software * Electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
