Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team in administrative management, customer follow-up, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of sales reports ***HR HULES Y RECUBRIMIENTOS IS SEEKING A SALES ASSISTANT*** ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Prepare and track quotations, orders, and invoices. * Register and update customer and sales information in the system (CRM and/or ERP). * Assist in scheduling agendas, meetings, and commercial department events. * Archive and keep customer documentation, contracts, and production orders up to date. * Maintain the customer database up to date. * Handle customer calls and emails (information requests, complaints, inquiries). * Generate simple sales reports, as well as reports on quotations, deliveries, collections, complaints, etc. * Assist in generating commercial department reports. * Support the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. * Enter invoices into the customer portal. * Enter service orders, products, and new customers into the ERP. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * High school diploma or technical certification completed. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Knowledge of the sales field. * ERP system proficiency. * Administrative control skills. * Customer service orientation. ***BENEFITS*** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Gross salary: $12,000. * Punctuality bonus: 5%. * Attendance bonus: 5%. * Meal vouchers: $650 per month. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Savings fund.
