Real opportunities for professional growth and training **PRESTIGIOUS ACCOUNTING FIRM SEEKING PAYROLL SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Polanco, CDMX (a few minutes from San Joaquín Metro Station) **Work Modality:** Hybrid **Position Type:** Full-time A prestigious accounting firm is seeking a Payroll Supervisor with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to coordinate and supervise payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the assigned payroll team. * Validate weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll calculations and processing. * Oversee the calculation of severance payments, settlements, PTU (Profit Sharing), Christmas bonuses, vacations, and vacation premiums. * Ensure correct calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll CFDIs. * Verify compliance with obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. * Supervise affiliation-related transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Review and file payroll-related declarations (ISR, ISN, and other applicable filings). * Address client requests, audits, and requirements from labor or tax authorities. * Implement process improvements and internal controls within the payroll department. * Provide technical guidance and training to the team under supervision. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (graduated or in final stages of studies). * Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll processing and supervision, preferably within an accounting firm. * Prior experience leading work teams. * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and tax regulations applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, or others). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * High level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits. * Real opportunities for professional growth. * Ongoing training and technical development. * Excellent work environment. ***Submit your updated CV and join our team.*** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $25,500.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee referral program * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
