Position Summary: We are seeking a Control Desk professional with experience in warehousing, inventory management, inbound and outbound operations, billing, and proficiency in Office applications and ERP/WMS systems to implement new processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehousing, receiving, cycle counts, and shipping 2. Knowledge of inventory control process development 3. Proficiency in WMS systems and Lean Manufacturing tools For process implementation, we seek a CONTROL DESK Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Logistics, or related field) \- Experience in warehousing, receiving, cycle counts, shipping, and billing \- Warehouse inbound and outbound operations \- Invoices, delivery notes, purchase order control and registration \- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate-level Excel) \- Data analysis, KPIs, and documentation control \- ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE, INTELISIS, etc.) \- WMS (Warehouse Management System) proficiency \- Attention to detail \- Organized \- Knowledge of inventory control process development \- Use of Lean Manufacturing tools Location: Periférico Sur 7156, Industrial El Camino Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
