Job Summary: This position aims to ensure quality in automotive repairs and services, complying with Volkswagen standards to uphold the brand’s image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure high-quality automotive service compliant with VW standards. 2. Diagnose faults and provide necessary solutions for repairs. 3. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Job Description** Achieve satisfactory quality in repairs and/or services requested by customers. Comply with standards established by Volkswagen de México to positively impact the brand’s image and ensure profitable operations. **OBJECTIVES** * Ensure service compliance with VWM standards. * Achieve weekly time-unit targets according to category: Intermediate: 4500 time units. * Perform reliable work on assigned vehicles. * Consult VW Technical Manuals, as well as ELSA programs and/or electronic information. * Follow the sequence recommended in inspection service sheets, fulfilling 100% of requirements for each case (maintenance, repair, etc.). * Adhere strictly to the repair description specified in the work order. * Deliver the vehicle ready on the agreed-upon date and time. * Maintain close communication with the service advisor, reporting faults and details identified during each repair. * Attend assigned training courses. * Use safety and protective equipment. * Accurately diagnose faults and provide necessary solutions. * Attend internal training school punctually. * Update the magnetoplan upon completion of a vehicle repair. * Place replaced parts in a bag and return them to the vehicle. * Use splash guards, seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on customer vehicles. * Properly use workshop equipment and specialized tools. * Keep assigned tool cart and hand tools complete, clean, and in good condition. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace at all times. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Automotive Mechanics Technician **Required Knowledge:** Gasoline and Diesel Automotive Mechanics Automotive industry knowledge (minimum 2 years) Basic PC skills Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Education Level: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
