




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Assistant to provide assistance to users, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure preventive equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive equipment maintenance and training IT Support Assistant We are looking for an IT Support Assistant (Technician) with technical support knowledge for end users (equipment functionality, Office applications, technical issue resolution, database entry and updates) for a wholesale confectionery distributor. This is an on-site position located at the Central de Abasto Iztapalapa offices. Requirements: Technical degree in IT support or computer systems, OR Recent graduate / Incomplete degree – Experience in end-user technical support Proficiency in Office (Excel and Word) General responsibilities include: (Training will be provided) ✅ Providing technical support to internal customers (branches and administrative departments) via telephone, email, or online chat. ✅ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. ✅ Installing and configuring software and operating systems. ✅ Performing preventive maintenance on company equipment and software to avoid unexpected failures. ✅ Training team members and/or customers on the use of specific software or equipment. ✅ Implementing security practices to protect company systems and customer data. ✅ Maintaining accurate records of technical support requests and their status. ✅ Communicating with internal customers and other team members. We offer a salary of: $2,500 net per week $2,200 monthly productivity bonus Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (paid Saturday shifts) Statutory benefits and free cafeteria service Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,200.00 per month Work location: On-site
