The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, following up with educational institutions, and coordinating activities related to international camps. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and operational support to the camp sales department. * Follow up with educational institutions, partners, and camp program leaders. * Coordinate itineraries, travel plans, and camp-related activities. * Monitor groups before, during, and after their trips. * Keep program information, pricing, and promotions updated. * Coordinate logistics for materials, registrations, and documentation. * Assist in opening new market segments and business opportunities. * Maintain communication with suppliers and international partners. * Prepare reports, controls, and databases related to operations. **Desired profile:** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in administration, tourism, education, or related fields. * Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles (minimum 1 year). * Fluent English (spoken and written) required. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention to detail skills. * Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Availability to travel (domestically and internationally). **We offer:** * Salary ($9,000 to $11,000 MXN monthly). * Performance bonuses. * Professional development within an internationally present company. * Training in international and summer educational programs.
